Estimating & Value Engineering

For projects of any size, we begin by generalized square foot pricing.  As the project develops, we define our pricing into a catagorized spread sheet to analize a potential budget.  If you already have plans, we collect a refundable downpayment to motivate and review specification lists, finish selections, and estimates from subcontractors into the final proposal and contract.  During the first billing cycle we apply your downpayment toward construction costs.

If you are just begining to think about a remodeling project and have ideas of your desired home improvement, for $500 we will measure your home to create as-built drawings, provide a design proposal or two, and provide an estimate of project costs.
