Although we would love to offer free estimates, we have found it to be a costly part of our job expectations.  It is our objective to make accurate prices which can be relied on.  We offer generalized pricing by approximate square foot (free of charge) for the purpose of initial budget analysis.  However, a word of caution, we often can't rely on these amounts because they do not include neccessary additional items which  become required and are not accounted for by square foot calculation. Since many of us are on strict budgets, we stress the importance of preperation prior to an appointment.  Make a list of your expectations for change, gather information on products you wish to utilize, and collect photos of projects you like as well as dislike.  This is the best way to have a successful meeting with a productive outcome!
